10 steps for the new year and the new you!

Learn to prioritise yourself - Take care of your physical and mental health, one thing that we are forced to learn during this pandemic. Eat healthily, workout and de-stress. And consistency is the key.
Keep practicing something new - It could be an amateur brushstroke, singing with the lyrics or cooking some exotic dishes.
Start writing a journal - Few lines every day, something that you feel, your observations or just anything. It is interesting to go back to refresh your memories.
Dress well - even if it is just being at home, for yourself. Trust me, it is a big mood booster.
Take care of your skin and hair. Moisturise both the body and face immediately out of the shower. The lotions seal the moisture and doing it right away when you are still wet keeps the moisture locked. They are the real game-changers in building your image.
Try a new haircut - Nothing can pep you like a good sharp haircut. Cut off those few years with new short hair.
Experiment - Add some enthusiasm in your mundane routine by doing something that you generally don't. Push yourself out of your comfort zone occasionally to know you better. You will be surprised to meet that new you.
Treat yourself with gifts every month even when there is no milestone crossed.
Start living your life, the life you always dreamt of by unlearning and relearning.
